Returns, Warranty & Privacy Policy

Refund, Return & Repair Policy

Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any items before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

If any goods arrive damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of order being delivered . You will be required to send photos of damaged goods. We will then arrange to have the damaged goods returned to our factory for an inspection and/or repair.

Once returned we can arrange for the repaired goods or a replacement to be resent out to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Warranty Policy

Light bulbs – 7 day warranty from date of delivery.

Mirror - 1 year warranty from the date of delivery on any manufacturing fault which occurs not relating to;

Neglect, willful damage, water/liquid damage, incorrect use or adjustments made, repairs made from a non qualified electrician, damage caused by damaging voltage fluctuations, surges and spikes, not reporting of defects in a timely manner, reasonable wear and tear.
If you have any concerns, please e-mail us in a timely manner with photos, if applicable or full details of any issue/fault. The item will be returned to our warehouse for inspection and either repaired or replaced.

If your item is faulty and is still in its 12 month warranty time frame please email concerns and photo evidence to info@thenbeauty.com.au.

Once a team member has accepted your warranty claim you will required to ship faulty item back to us. Please make sure it is back in its box and taped up so that no further damage happens on its way back. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original accessories and/or manuals.

Please note you are responsible for returning shipping costs.

Once our team has evaluated item we will then decide if a repair or replacement is needed. We will then ship item back to you. Please note once we have received item back to us it may take up to 7 business days to process warranty.

If bringing item to our warehouse for warranty claim proof of purchase MUST be shown on return for warranty to be valid.  

Privacy Policy

Then Beauty respects the rights of individuals to determine to whom they give their personal information and how their information is used. Our customer’s privacy is very important to us and we will value the trust you place in us in giving us your personal information. We take this responsibility seriously and we are committed to safeguarding your information and using it for the purposes for which you have entrusted it to us.

You have a right to request access to your personal information held by us and to request its correction. If you wish do to so please use the contact us.

Ordering products from Then Beauty is designed to be as simple as possible, while still providing security and privacy for all your details. You can pay for goods using a credit card or paypal and we only store credit card information where absolutely necessary to process your payment securely.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties unless we are permitted to do so by law or you have given us your consent to do so. When the personal information that we collect is no longer required, we destroy, delete or de-identify it in a secure manner.
